Vunsh Productions ("we," "us," or "our") is operated from the United States. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, retain, and share information when you use our products and services, engage us for custom development work, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, our "Products" and "Services").
This policy also explains how we treat information in connection with vunsh.xyz, our corporate website. By using any of our Products or Services, or visiting vunsh.xyz, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Scope
This is a centralized privacy policy for Vunsh Productions. It applies to everything we offer now or in the future unless a specific Product or engagement states otherwise. This includes products we operate, stores we run, custom work we build for clients, and any related websites, platforms, or third-party services.

Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account identifiers — such as usernames, profile information, and other identifiers associated with your use of a Product, including information needed to link accounts across platforms when you choose to do so.
- Activity logs — including communications, session and presence events, moderation actions, and records of interactions with our systems.
- Network information — such as IP addresses, which may be recorded in connection with moderation records.
- Purchase information — such as items or services acquired, order details, and associated account identifiers when you make purchases through one of our stores.
- Client and project information — such as your name, email address, organization, project requirements, specifications, feedback, and other details you provide when contacting us to commission custom development work or during an active engagement.
- Billing and invoicing information — such as payment records, invoices, and related transaction details for store purchases or contracted work. Payment details for card-based transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — information you provide when contacting us for support, inquiries, or business correspondence, including through channels made available within a Product or by email.
Where account linking is available, it is performed through mechanisms we provide within our Products. We do not use OAuth or similar third-party authorization flows for this linking process.
When you access our Products through third-party platforms or services, those providers may collect information under their own policies. We receive only the information necessary for our Products to function and as described in this policy.
